Emily Zeller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), and Certified Enneagram Consultant based in Pittsburgh, PA. With over a decade of clinical experience, she helps high-functioning women — anxious mothers, depleted helpers, disconnected partners — stop over-functioning and reclaim their identity through the Enneagram, attachment theory, and nervous-system informed work. Emily is the founder of Zeller & Co. Therapy and creator of the Reclaimed Woman™ Intensive. A wife and mom of three (including identical twins), she writes and speaks about motherhood, marriage, identity, and self-discovery.
