You're the one who holds it all. This is where you put it down.
For the founder, the executive, the physician, the default parent — the woman everyone leans on. You've done the therapy, read the books, made the plans, and you're still carrying all of it behind a very good mask. This is deep, structured, clinician-led work that finally moves the pattern instead of just naming it.
Find your intensiveWhy the therapy, the books, and the discipline haven't been enough
You're not undisciplined. You're the most disciplined person you know — give you a plan and you'll execute it. You can already see every side, run every scenario, name the pattern in three sentences. (That's exactly why talk therapy and CBT often feel like more overthinking.)
And weekly sessions are too slow. By the time the next one comes around, three more things have piled on. Biting the elephant one small piece at a time never gets you anywhere.
What's never actually been met is the pattern underneath — the part of you that over-functions, carries everyone, and feels guilty for being good at what you do. That part isn't a flaw. It has a name and a map: your Enneagram type. Until you work at that level, more insight just makes you a more articulate version of the woman you already were.

Take the free quizThis is for you if…
- You're the one who holds it all — and everyone marvels at how you "do it all," while you're quietly crumbling behind a great mask.
- You're genuinely, unapologetically good at what you do — and you feel guilty about your own ambition and power.
- You're the default parent, the fixer, the CEO of the family and the company. If you don't carry it, who are you?
- You can name the pattern in three sentences — and still can't stop running it.
- You don't want to "talk about it" for a year. You want a plan, an action, and honestly — permission.
Depth, fast — and built for your actual life
What I don't do
- Rely on quizzes or memes, or hand you a surface-level type description.
- Push behavior change without touching the emotional driver underneath it.
- Treat the Enneagram as a productivity hack or a party trick.
- Keep you in weekly sessions for years when a focused arc will move you faster.
Before you book
Is this therapy — or coaching?
It's clinician-led Enneagram consulting. I'm a licensed therapist, and I bring that depth to the room — but the Intensive is a focused, contained arc built to move a specific pattern, not open-ended weekly therapy.
Why an intensive instead of weekly sessions?
Because for the woman who's already tried weekly and found the gap between sessions swallows any progress, four focused hours move more than months of check-ins.
I already know my type — is this still for me?
Almost always, yes. Knowing your number is the doorway, not the work. The Intensive is about meeting the pattern underneath the type and actually shifting it.
Will this create change or just self-awareness?
Change. You'll leave with a strategy and concrete next moves tailored to your life — not just a more articulate description of the pattern.
Do I need to be in crisis?
No. Most of the women I work with are high-functioning and holding it all together beautifully on the outside. You just have to be ready to stop performing.
What if I don't know what I want to work on?
That's welcome. Part of the work is naming it. You bring the life you're living; we find the pattern together.
