Come home
to yourself.

Therapy, intensives, and a body of work on matrescence and the Enneagram. For the mother done optimizing the cage, and ready to walk out of it.

001 · Who This Is For

Both columns are honest.
One of them is yours.

For You
  • Mothers who feel like they’re disappearing inside roles they chose.
  • Women competent on the outside, unrecognizable to themselves on the inside.
  • High-functioning over-functioners tired of being the one who holds it all.
  • Anyone ready to use the Enneagram as a trauma map, not a party trick.
  • Women who want clinical depth, not coaching slogans.
Not For You
  • Anyone in acute mental health crisis; that needs different care.
  • Anyone looking for validation without challenge.
  • Anyone who wants someone to tell them their patterns are everyone else’s fault.
  • Anyone not ready to invest real time, energy, or money in their own change.
If the left side made you exhale, keep reading.
003 · The Framework

Four stages.
One direction.

Most personal growth content stops at “know thyself.” That’s not enough. Pattern recognition without grief work just makes you a more articulate version of the woman you were before. These four stages are how I move clients from recognition to embodiment — without skipping the part underneath.

I

HALT

See the pattern as it’s happening, in real time, in your mothering. Your Enneagram type isn’t your personality — it’s the survival adaptation running the show.

II

OWN

Name what the pattern is costing you. Your marriage. Your nervous system. The version of mothering you actually wanted. Naming the cost is what makes change non-negotiable.

III

MEET

Go underneath the pattern to what it was protecting. The grief. The fear. The unmet need. The stage most work skips and the only stage that produces lasting change.

IV

EMERGE

Build the new structure from the inside out. Mother, partner, and live from the woman who’s underneath — not the adaptation that’s been performing as her.

This is the order. It only works in this order.
004 · The Distinctions
Depth without chaos.
Healing without victimhood.
Ambition without self-abandonment.
Relationships without performance.
005 · Work With Me

A day.
Weeks of progress.

A full-day, 1:1 deep-dive for the woman who has done enough therapy to know patterns intellectually but hasn’t moved them in her body. We walk all four stages of COME HOME in a single, structured day. You leave with language, a map, and the felt sense of the next move.

006 · Client
I came in thinking I needed better systems. I left understanding I’d been running someone else’s life on the wrong operating system.

FAQs

  • No. This is consultative, insight-oriented work, not psychotherapy.

While I am a licensed therapist, this experience is designed to help you understand your patterns, motivations, and emotional structure, not to treat mental health diagnoses or process trauma. It’s time-limited, focused, and structured.

Clients often choose this work because they want clarity and direction without committing to ongoing therapy.

  • Most cases, yes, absolutely! Especially if you’ve read the books but still feel stuck in the same patterns.

Most people know what their type is. Fewer understand how it shows up under stress, in close relationships, or in moments of self-doubt.

This work focuses on integration, not information. If knowing your type hasn’t changed how you relate to yourself or others, this experience often brings a deeper “aha.”

  • Self-awareness alone doesn’t change patterns, context and application do.

The goal of this work isn’t insight for insight’s sake. It’s helping you understand why your patterns exist, what they protect you from, and how to relate to yourself differently in real life.

Clients often notice changes in how they communicate, make decisions, and set boundaries, not because they’re trying harder, but because things finally make sense.

  • No. The Enneagram is not used here as a label or box. It’s used as a map of protective strategies.

Your type describes how you learned to stay safe, connected, or in control, not who you are at your core. The goal is not to identify with your type, but to loosen its grip so you have more choice.

This work is about freedom, not fixation.

  • Not at all. Many clients are functioning well on the outside but feel internally disconnected, overextended, or unclear. Others come during transitions, identity shifts, or moments of re-evaluation. This work is less about fixing something that’s broken and more about refining how you relate to yourself as you grow.

  • That’s completely okay.

You don’t need a perfectly articulated goal to apply, curiosity and openness are enough. The structure of the intake and intensive is designed to help clarity emerge, even if you can’t name it yet.

Many clients apply because something feels “off” or repetitive, even if they can’t explain why.

  • The experience is deep, but it’s also contained and intentional.

Rather than stretching insight out over months, this work creates a focused space to explore patterns with clarity and support. Many clients prefer this approach because it’s efficient, grounded, and respectful of their time and energy.

  • The Enneagram is much more than a personality tool! The Enneagram tells you things about yourself, but is primarily a tool for growth. It’s not what you do, but why you do it! It helps you see your personality (or ego) that you wear as a mask and shows you how to grow beyond the traits of your personality. You are more than your type!

  • No, You are only one type (number) and that number does not change throughout your life. Online tests are not always accurate, which is why I recommend a live typing interview to get you started on your journey. I will help you determine your top possible types when we meet!

  • No way! The Enneagram provides a map for you to do both psychological and spiritual work, but it is not tied to any specific deity or religion.

  • Online tests are not always accurate. The *best* way to identify your type is to do a live typing session and then go over your results/explore more about the Enneagram afterwards. I’d love to help you get started on your Enneagram journey!
